Preventative Rehabilitation and Return to Fitness Coaching
Our preventative rehabilitation and return to fitness coaching programmes are designed to move beyond the physio room, to enhance your performance and quality of life.
Programmes are a monthly membership, and offer you a comprehensive training programme suitable for you, which can be completed in the gym or at home, or a mix of both.
We focus on building resilience through strength, flexibility, and balance training tailored to your needs.
Basic Programme
What it includes:
- Discussion to fully understand your goals, your life situation, your fitness and training history, and the physical and/or mental demands of your day to day life.
- Customised exercise programme to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance, and planning around your particular injury risks.
- Onward referrals as required.
- Weekly calls for the first 4 weeks, the fortnightly calls to check-in. These can be used for exercise feedback, make edits to the programme, provide accountability, or for anything else you need.
- Messaging support via whatsapp
